You know what I love the most about shooting an engagement session during the fall? Well, just the fact that they take place during the fall! Out of the many seasons we seem to have here in New England, fall is my absolute favorite. Crisp air, colorful foliage, and apple and pumpkin flavored everything round of the list of what makes fall so awesome.

I was thrilled when Kayleigh came to me about having some engagement photos done this fall with her fiance Dan. We couldn't have picked a better day to take a drive around Connecticut and hit up some foliage hot spots. They also brought along their dog, Halli, who is just the biggest lap dog ever. A stop at a restaurant, a park, a lake, and an orchard, all surrounded by the most colorful leaves anyone could need, provided a beautiful backdrop for this session.
