Today we like to welcome Mark and Savanna to the blog! This isn’t the first time we’ve been able to work with these two. You may recongnize them from some of the family sessions we’ve done over the years. You can imagine how excited we were to hear of Mark’s proposal to Savanna, and to eventually get the call to cover their engagement session. In a few months, we’ll be there again on their big wedding day as well!

It’s quite special when a couple, family, or whoever it may be, invites us along to capture their life’s story from behind the camera. I personally think it takes a lot of trust and a strong connection to not only have us there for one occasion, but for various moments in their journey. We cannot help to think how awesome this all is and how much we appreciate that trust from our clients.

Well, more about this special day here. It was hot, sunny, and quite humid. A typical summer day in New England. We headed down to Devil’s Hopyard State Park and ended at Eagle Landing State Park. One with a magnificant cascading waterfall, and another with a pictureque view of the Connecticut River and the East Saddam swing bridge. All in all it was great day spent with two great people.

We are certianly looking forward to their wedding day this September, and being there again tp capture another chapter in their lives together.
